Toyota in the Race to Sponsor Team India after Dream 11 ban!

Since Dream 11 exited at the lead title sponsor following India’s New Online Gaming Bill, Toyota Motors Corporation is among the companies expressing interest in filling that role.

Dream 11’s three year, 358 Crore deal ended early due to the new bill banning real money gaming platforms, Toyota has shown its interest to sponsor the Indian Cricket Team for the next few years.

What we know so far :

Asia Cup 2025 is starting soon, and BCCI is planning to secure a new sponsor for the Indian Cricket Team. Toyota is ready to sponsor Indian Cricket Team because of its brand value and global presence. According to our sources if Toyota signs the deal, it could be valued around 400-500 Crore, which will be far mor expensive than the previous deal with Dream 11.

However, these are still expressions of interests and there is no official announcement from either sides and no agreement has been signed. But with Asia Cup 2025 and Women’s World Cup around the corner, we could see an official announcement very soon.

While Toyota India has not been associated with any cricket team, Toyota has globally partnered with the sport. Currently Toyota is an official partner of Cricket Australia, and in past Toyota has also sponsored England and Wales Cricket Board as its official car partner, and Cricket Ireland as its official vehicle sponsor.
